Crab Puffs

This is a crab puff recipe my mom used to make. I always felt there were never enough, because they would disappear so quickly!

Ingredients
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (4 oz)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can crab meat
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp dry mustard
Preparation
Melt butter in water. Add salt and flour. Stir until mixture forms a ball. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Combine crab, cheese, onions, sauce, and mustard - add to egg mixture.

Drop on
greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
